There are tens of thousands of XMPP services deployed on the Internet. In addition to large, well-known services such as Google Talk, and Live Journal Talk, there are also many smaller services run by volunteers in the XMPP community. The following table lists the public XMPP services that have registered with the XSF to be listed here, but there are many more such services on the Internet so this is not a complete list!

What is the XSF?
The XMPP Standards Foundation is an independent, nonprofit standards development organization whose primary mission is to define open protocols for presence, instant messaging, and real-time communication and collaboration on top of the IETF’s Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP).
