OpMeet are online meetups/conferences targeted at XMPP Operators.
The first OpMeet will be on the 10th October 2026, more information on the XMPP Wiki. This will be the first OpMeet, so expect it to be a little rough around the edges.
CfP (Call for Participation) or what we are calling CfI (Call for Ideas) has been open for a few months, but was lost to the mailing list.
An updated announcement has been posted, CfP/CfI are open until 1st October 2026.
The following (non-exhaustive) list of things we are interested in:

Ideas for discussions. Have an operator adjacent issue? Suggest a session to discuss this issue with other operators.

Hackrooms, have a specific project others might be interested in discussing or helping out with during a live coding session? Suggest it!

Talks, this is the big one. We will aim to record these talks and publish them. However we can make no promises here. If you have an interesting topic which is operator related, or even the wider XMPP topics, please do suggest it.
Anything else you can think of which could be interesting to XMPP operators, feel free to suggest, the worst case is the idea gets refused!
